HYDRAULIC ASSEMBLER

Job Responsibilities:
 
•Work Safe and Be an Advocate for safety.
•Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications
(not required), and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
•Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
•Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and
subassemblies.
•Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following
manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
•Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Able to read and understand technical manuals regarding the equipment is helpful.
•Able to write simple reports regarding your work.
•Inspect hydraulic systems on equipment including the components and support equipment.
•Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
•Basic math skills
•Able to read a tape measure
•Basic understanding of hand tools and how to use the right tool for the right job in a safe
manner.
•Able to know what PPE is required to do the job
•Team oriented and Positive Attitude.
•Has moderate blue ‐ print reading skills(preferred not required)
•Able to work in a team environment
 
HOURS: Monday thru Friday 7:00AM to 4:30PM
 
PAY RATE : $ 14.00 AN HOUR
